Seasonal Operations Associate - Kennedy Mall

Overview

Seasonal Operations Associate at Kennedy Mall. This role involves performing store operations to create an outstanding customer experience. It is an early morning position working with the task team to prepare functions before store opening. Seasonal hires have a defined employment period and may be offered an extension or regular position based on performance and availability.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers, assist with questions or requests, and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Executes pricing and signing:
  Update ticket prices and in-store signage efficiently.
• Replenish and restock:
  Monitor stock levels and pull/prepare merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise:
  Collaborate with teammates to unload trucks and prepare backroom stock.
• Backroom standards:
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• On-line  pick up:
  Fulfill orders placed online as needed.
• Merchandise strategy:
  Implement leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment:
  Absorb new information from peers or training materials related to products or processes.
