• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and that carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with purchases, loading their vehicles, and general member needs.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area throughout the club.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering member questions and offering assistance.
• Conduct safety sweeps and correct unsafe situations according to company policies.
• Follow procedures for handling merchandise, packaging, and dispensing items to members.
• Utilize cash registers and other equipment to process member purchases accurately.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and ensure the safe use of cart retrieval equipment.
• Adopt company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.
• Communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers and co‑workers.
