Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience, manage sales, and support store operations.

$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous and efficient checkout service, process voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommend items for sale; recommend trade‑up and/or companion items.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, maintain records, check in and price merchandise as required.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages, tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures.
• Assist with separation of food items, stock rotation, and provision of timely inventory updates.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities; monitor orders, pick items, deliver orders to customers upon arrival.
• Support exterior and interior maintenance; maintain store condition and appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend trainings and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Preferable: six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Preferable: prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Preferable: fluency in English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
