Business Development Specialist

$60-65k Base | Year 1: $90-115k+| Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused BDE ready to take ownership of an established Iowa territory and grow it.

You'll spend your time out in the market - building relationships, opening doors, solving real-world problems, and becoming a trusted resource to the communities you serve.

If you're a natural people person who loves meeting people, building a territory, and selling a solution where you can actually see the impact of what you sell, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Iowa is already one of the company's strongest and most established territories, giving you an existing book of business and meaningful reorder potential. At the same time, you'll have plenty of opportunity to open new doors and expand your footprint throughout the territory.

You'll spend approximately 20% of your time in the field, primarily through local/day-trip travel with very limited overnight travel.

• Build your own outbound pipeline while responding quickly to inbound opportunities
• Develop relationships with counties, municipalities and public works leaders
• Help customers understand how a technical solution translates into cost savings, durability and operational value
• Navigate government purchasing and multi-stakeholder decision processes
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through demonstrations, evaluations and close
• Grow existing customers through reorders, expansion and referrals
• Own your territory, pipeline and results
