Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department during the assigned shift.

• Supervise and instruct team members on shift performance of job duties to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
• Train and brief staff regarding the day's events and any potential problems to monitor.
• Maintain the shift schedule and delegate work assignments.
• Review and approve all reports written during the shift.
• Respond to emergencies and any serious incidents.
• Ensure officers maintain a high degree of professionalism by adhering to all laws, regulations, departmental, and company rules, procedures, and policies.
• Assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet the requirements of a Security Officer.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
• Other physical requirements include, but are not limited to: lifting up to 100 lbs., reaching, kneeling, bending, and episodes of moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
• Minimum of six (6) months of casino security (or similar field) experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
