Goodwin Tucker is hiring mechanically minded individuals for a full‑time Service Technician Apprentice role with paid technical training included.
This opportunity is ideal for:
- HVAC or Refrigeration trade school graduates
- Mechanical, automotive, or electrical hobbyists
- Apprentice‑level technicians wanting career advancement
- Anyone with strong hands‑on, mechanical aptitude

Pay & Advancement- Starting Pay (Apprentice Rate): $20‑22/HR
- Guaranteed Pay Increase After Completing Training: $25/HR
- Paid 40 hours per week throughout training

We are looking for individuals who are hands‑on, mechanically inclined, curious, and dependable.
- Experience working with hand tools or mechanical repairs
- Background in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or automotive work
- Trade school education
- Strong troubleshooting instincts
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- Must successfully complete a background check & drug screening
- Must be able to attend and complete the training program – a 7 week long ALL PAID training at our corporate headquarters in Minnesota. ASK RECRUITER FOR MORE DETAILS.
