The Inventory Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our client fulfillment operations at our Dubuque Warehouse. Assisting in planning and directing team members, you will help meet daily inventory replenishment demands.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Location: Dubuque, Wisconsin, warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts.
• Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and organization.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements and other related metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Knowledge of domestic and European automotive parts is a plus.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
