Due to continued growth, a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Dudley is looking to appoint an Audit Senior to join its expanding team.

This isn't a replacement hire.

It's a newly created position driven by an increasing client base and growing demand across the audit department. You'll be joining a firm that is investing in its future and looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow with it.

The Role

* Lead audits from planning through to completion

* Prepare and review statutory accounts

* Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact

* Mentor and support junior team members

* Work closely with Directors across a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs

* Identify opportunities to add value and improve client service

What We're Looking For

* Recent UK accountancy practice experience is essential

* Currently operating at Audit Senior level or ready to step into a Senior position

* Strong audit and accounts experience gained within practice

* Excellent communication and client relationship skills

* ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
