Accounts Administrator (Temporary Role)

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator, on a temporary basis, for a brilliant, local company that are well known in the area! We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 months’ experience in an Accounts office, using a Sage package. This is a varied role across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Administration. There will be a hand over period for this role but previous experience in a varied Accounts role and use of Sage is essential.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Matching delivery notes to supplier invoices
• Entering purchase invoices onto Sage Accounts
• Creating and processing customer invoices on Sage
• Filing and maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ideally, You Will:

• Have a minimum of 12 months' experience working within an accounts or finance office environment
• Have at least 12 months’ experience using a Sage Accounts package
• Have strong computer literacy and confidence using office systems
• Be proactive, reliable and eager to learn new skills
