A fantastic opportunity to join and contribute to a fast paced and dynamic team. Working closely with the Head of Safeguarding and wellbeing, the designated teacher and members of the team, you will provide outstanding and consistent administrative support that is integral to enabling the service to meet statutory requirements regarding safeguarding records and the development and management of safeguarding administration.

You will need outstanding administrative skills along with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff across the college and with external agencies in several different local authorities. The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting, and online checks for all successful candidates. Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to work towards a professional teaching qualification as part of the role, supported by continuous professional development.

• Provide outstanding and consistent administrative support integral to meeting statutory safeguarding requirements.
• Maintain and manage safeguarding records and related administrative processes.
