AboutThe Role
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Post Room Staff member to join our team at Waldrons Solicitors. You will play an essential role in supporting the firm by managing both incoming and outgoing post and documents, ensuring that our administration processes run smoothly. This is a key position in our firm, with a wide variety of tasks that require strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the firms post by opening, scanning, and allocating mail items.
- Prepare outgoing post for dispatch via Royal Mail.
- Assist with archiving and record-keeping tasks.
- Support the administration team with photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies (paper and toner).
- Handle original documents, ensuring proper logging, certification, and secure return or delivery.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be highly organized with a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams are essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
