Location: Brierley Hill
We Manage Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Business Support Officer to join our Free School Meals Team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, carers and schools, handling enquiries by telephone, email and through the MyDudley portal.
You will assess and process Free School Meal applications, update the Synergy database, issue correspondence to parents regarding outcomes and entitlement decisions, and liaise with schools to communicate eligibility decisions.
