An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Dietetic Team as an Administrator. The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of the Dietetic service, ensuring high-quality administrative support across the team. This position is one of two administrative roles within the service, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive support.
Main duties of the job- Provide general administration and secretarial support to ensure smooth service operation and clinical care coordination .
- Process referrals and perform initial triage according to local policies, taking necessary actions to support patient care.
- Record and file all referrals following clinical triage procedures.
- Handle general office tasks such as clinic bookings, OASIS data entry, ENVOY reschedule system and managing phone calls.
- Use advanced IT skills to produce accurate reports on referrals, caseloads, waiting lists, audits, and service development.

Thepostholderwill thereforebeexpectedtocontributetowardsorganisingtheirownday-to-dayworktasksandactivities by co-operating with the weekly ‘tasks’ distributed.
