Our client, a reputable and well-established main dealer group in Dudley, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive Vehicle Technician to advance their career within a leading global brand. The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a competitive salary, ongoing training, and clear career progression.Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £32,000, with potential for higher pay for senior technicians with franchise-specific training
- OTE earnings of £40,000+ including bonus
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with a Saturday morning rota (1 in
4), paid as overtime - 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays

- Performing servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards
- Conducting diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults accurately
- Completing manufacturer and workshop paperwork to industry standards
- Contributing to team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participating in manufacturer training to advance skills and understand evolving vehicle technology
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or NVQ Level 2 with relevant experience)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dealership or automotive workshop environment
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Authorisation to work in the UK
- Confident in completing repairs and diagnostics to industry standards
- Previous main dealer experience is advantageous but not essential; a strong workshop background is sufficient
- Professional attitude, with pride in the quality and efficiency of your work
