• Conduct routine servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify faults accurately
• Complete all work efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
• Maintain detailed and accurate paperwork
• Attend manufacturer training courses to enhance skills and knowledge
• Assist in team workshops to uphold dealership standards
• Support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent, or relevant industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a dealership environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven competency in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Confident in workshop procedures and capable of completing work to a high standard
• Self-motivated with a pride in quality workmanship
• Authorised to work within the UK
• Main dealer experience is advantageous but not essential
