What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing client contracts and ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly. Your primary duties will include:

* Overseeing day-to-day management of client contracts within the building services sector.

* Engaging face-to-face with client representatives to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

* Providing regular reports on financial and operational progress of client accounts.

* Identifying and developing new work streams with both existing and potential clients.

* Estimating and managing various small works projects.

* Collaborating with the back office team to achieve company goals.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Proven experience in contract management or a similar role

* Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Proficiency in negotiation to secure favourable terms for the organisation.

* Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.

* Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.

* Proficiency in computer-based systems and online portals.

* A proactive, organised, and reliable approach to managing multiple tasks.
