Role 1️⃣ We are searching for a Cluster Manager to lead the opening of four small, two-bedded children's homes in Telford and Dudley.

* Role:
Cluster Manager

* Locations:
Telford and Dudley

* Salary:
Negotiable DOE please inquire for further detail

* Bonus:
Linked to the successful operational launch of each home, with further detail confirmed during the recruitment process

* Working Pattern Monday to Friday with regular travel between Telford and Dudley

* Size/ Type of Homes:
Up to 2 children per home, aged 8 to 17, complex care

* Start Date:

ASAP start needed following your required notice and safer recruitment checks

Role 2️⃣ We are searching for a Registered Manager to lead two small, two-bed children's homes in the Dudley area.

* Role:
Dual-Registered Manager

* Locations:
Both in Dudley

* Salary:
Up to £70,000 negotiable/ DOE

* Bonus:
Linked to the successful operational launch of each home, with further detail confirmed during the recruitment process

* Schedule:

Monday to Friday

* Size/ Type of Homes: x2 two-bed homes, complex care

* Capacity:
Up to 2 CYP per home, however likely will be solo placements

* Ofsted:
Registration URN has been issued and is active

* Start Date:

ASAP start needed following your required notice and safer recruitment checks

* Note:

The role we be one home to start with, and then moving to dual-registration once the second home is ready
