The Mitre is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get togethers.

A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

The pub occupies a town centre location in Stourbridge, with around 3,500 adults living within a 10-minute walk and many more travelling into the town. It sits within a busy hospitality area offering a range of different venues, giving the Mitre the opportunity to stand out through its community focus, quality drinks and strong entertainment programme.

Previously known for its traditional, value-led and drinks-focused offer, the pub has the potential to attract a broader and more diverse customer base while remaining firmly driven by local trade. Its proximity to a college also creates an opportunity to engage a younger audience.

The Mitre will be a wet-led pub serving a quality drinks range, supported by a limited coffee offer. Entertainment and events will be crucial to the overall offer, with the pub’s function space creating opportunities for live entertainment, community activities, private events and a varied year-round programme.
