Location: Brierley Hill
Accenture is seeking a dispatcher/operations analyst to join a 24/7 real-time decision support team for autonomous vehicle operations in the UK. You will assess live situations and provide safety-focused guidance to ensure safe, reliable service delivery.
You'll monitor requests, analyze data from mapping and system sources, document decisions, and escalate risks per SOPs. Collaboration with operations, product, engineering, and quality teams will help identify improvements.
