This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the process and delivery of quality new build projects across large High End Residential, Student Accommodation and Commercial
The successful individual will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, where your process and experience will directly contribute to successful project delivery and continued business growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate Electrical estimates for a range of new build projects Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information
- Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Support the project teams through the pre-construction phase
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency within estimation software
