Are you passionate about supporting young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours? We’re offering flexible bank opportunities within a welcoming 4-bedded SEND residential children’s home in the DY area.

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, valued, and empowered.

Roles Available

We’re currently seeking:

* Waking Night Workers

* Residential Childcare Workers

* Senior Residential Workers / Team Leaders (must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)

Shifts Available

* Waking Nights: 10pm – 8am

* Early

Shift: 7am – 3pm

* Late

Shift: 2pm – 10pm

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with children (essential)

* DBS on the Update Service

* Recent safeguarding training

* Calm, resilient, child-centred approach

* Drivers preferred but not essential
