Job Description

Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor - Hotel New Build (Dudley)

We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Supervisor to support the Site Manager on a busy hotel new build project in Dudley.

You will be heavily involved in day‑to‑day site operations, including managing the gate, coordinating deliveries on busy streets, and supporting trades to keep the project running safely and on programme.

Key Duties

Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations
Managing site access, deliveries and traffic control
Overseeing subcontractors and site activity
Maintaining health & safety standards
Providing support when the Site Manager is busy
General site supervision and coordination

Essential Tickets & Experience

Banksman / Traffic Marshal ticket
SSSTS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Previous site supervision or Assistant Site Manager experience
