Position: Customer Service & Planning Coordinator (12-Month FTC)
Location: Kingswinford

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role involves providing excellent customer service while planning and scheduling tasks for Field Service Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Maths and English, strong planning and customer service skills, and be computer literate. Benefits include 33 days holiday, a contributory pension, and health perks.
