Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a caring, professional approach and confidence in providing personal care? We are working with a supportive and inclusive school in Kingswinford that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

This Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support) position in Kingswinford involves supporting children who require assistance with personal care alongside their learning and development. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils feel safe, respected and supported throughout the school day.

• Providing personal care support in a sensitive, respectful and professional manner as a Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support)
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• Assisting with learning activities to encourage engagement and progress
• Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support) or in a similar support role
• Experience delivering personal care within a school or care setting
• A valid DBS registered on the Child and Adult Workforce (or willingness to obtain one)
• Based in or able to travel to Kingswinford
