The Governing Body of Dingle Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an aspirational and nurturing Deputy Headteacher who puts the child and community at the heart of everything they do. As Deputy Headteacher you will support the headteacher in ensuring high quality education for all Dingle pupils in an inclusive environment.

• Be a strong classroom practitioner and have a passion for teaching and learning
• Champion inclusivity and strive to meet the needs of all children
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills which continue to empower and inspire our dedicated staff to be the very best they can be
• Strive for ambitious outcomes for children within a nurturing and inclusive environment which recognises the needs of all learners
• Have the skills, knowledge and experience to make the most of the school’s resources in a challenging financial environment
• Be visible, approachable and have the resilience to meet the day-to-day challenges of Inclusion Lead
• Identify priorities for pupils and the school in collaboration with stakeholders, placing these at the forefront of decision making
• Have a full awareness and understanding of ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ and all its demands and responsibilities

• Happy, confident children who love to learn
• A highly talented, motivated and supportive staff with high expectations and a unified purpose
• A Senior Leadership Team who will work with you to achieve the best possible outcomes
• A well-maintained and pleasant environment on a small residential estate in Kingswinford
• A fully supportive, proactive yet challenging Governing Body who will work in partnership with you
