You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ academic and personal development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and teach lessons across the primary curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in a relevant subject
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
