Paragon Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a caring and inclusive primary school in Dudley.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional or complex needs
- Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
- Promote independence, confidence, and social development
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo
- Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language)
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Access to a wide range of SEN and mainstream schools across Birmingham
- Support from a consultant who understands local education settings
- Clear communication and ongoing placement support
