We are seeking skilled GCSE tutors in English, Maths and Science to work 1:1 with pupils across Dudley who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Many of the young people we support are bright, capable, and motivated but need specialist, consistent tuition to succeed. You'll help remove barriers to learning, rebuild self-belief, and guide them toward GCSE achievement. This is purposeful, structured tuition not classroom supply and not casual tutoring.

• Delivering focused 1:1 GCSE tuition in English, Maths or Science
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
• Planning personalised sessions aligned to the National Curriculum
• Tracking progress and adapting strategies to individual learning profiles
• Working in homes, schools or local community settings across Dudley

• Qualified teachers (QTS/PGCE/PGDE) seeking flexible specialist work
• Experienced SEN teachers or tutors
• Subject specialists confident in GCSE delivery
• Professionals who prefer meaningful 1:1 relationships over large classrooms
• Educators who value consistency and long-term impact

• Strong GCSE subject knowledge (English, Maths or Science)
• Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH
• Confidence delivering structured, outcomes-focused tuition
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• A professional, reliable and safeguarding-first approach
