. Pegasus Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a dynamic Curriculum Team Leader to raise aspirations, embed ambition, and drive continuous improvement across the Academy. You will lead by example, uphold the highest personal and professional standards, and promote the Trust’s core values. This role involves championing your curriculum area within the Trust and beyond, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes for all learners.

You will effectively lead and support a team of dedicated staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will ensure high standards are established and sustained, enabling all student groups to achieve good and outstanding progress across the board.

Pegasus is located just outside central Dudley at the intersection of several major roads and bus routes. It is the smallest secondary academy in the Trust with over 600 learners on roll. The Trust recognises that our staff are our most valuable asset and investing in our people is a key strategic priority, with extensive staff development across the Trust and school levels.
