A welcoming and supportive primary school in Dudley is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is a full-time teaching position initially running until Christmas 2026, with the potential to continue beyond this period for the right candidate. The school is looking for a passionate practitioner who can inspire and motivate pupils while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning within Key Stage 2.

The Role
Full responsibility for a Year 5 class.
Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assessing, recording and reporting on pupil progress.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to support pupil achievement.
Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and attainment.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
A commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
