Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Dudley/Tipton)
Location: Tipton, Dudley
Contract: Full-time (September 2025 – July 2026)
Pay: £88.98 – £95.00 per day
Hours: 8:15am – 3:45pm (Monday to Friday)

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive in a primary school setting? We are working on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tipton, Dudley, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September 2025.

A Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children in the UK.

Experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and mild learning difficulties.

A nurturing and patient approach, with strong communication and behaviour management skills.

A valid Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, or be willing to complete a new enhanced DBS check.

The ability to provide two recent references from previous employers in education or childcare settings.

This is a long-term role via Teacher Active agency, running from September 2025 until July 2026.

Interviews will take place throughout June 2025.

The role involves working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
