Behaviour Manager​/St James Academy

St James Academy seeks a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our team, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive a whole‑school behaviour strategy. This role includes leading targeted interventions, supporting staff with behaviour management, acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing line management, delivering training, analysing data, and engaging with families and external agencies.

• Lead targeted interventions to improve behaviour outcomes.
• Support staff with behaviour management strategies.
• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Provide line management for relevant staff.
• Deliver behaviour training to staff, families, and external agencies.
• Analyse behaviour data to inform strategy.
• Engage with families and external agencies to support learners.
