About the Role
Behaviour Manager at St James Academy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the whole‑school behaviour strategy and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Lead targeted interventions and line‑manage staff.
- Deliver training on behaviour management.
- Analyse data to inform behaviour strategy.
- Engage with families and external agencies.
- Proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
