Pay Rate: £95.15 - £110.25 per day

Smart Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across two specialist school sites in Dudley, catering for students aged 3-19 with complex needs, SLD, autism, and PMLD.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a supportive and nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support tailored to each pupil's individual needs.

You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to develop communication, independence, confidence, and life skills within a safe and engaging learning environment.

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs, SLD, autism, or PMLD
