We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and help them develop a deeper understanding of religion, ethics, philosophy and the diverse world around them.
The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative department committed to delivering engaging and high‑quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Religious Education lessons.
- Inspire students to think critically about religious, moral and philosophical issues.
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and department.
- Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement and attendance.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy or a related subject.
- Experience teaching RE at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
