Overview

Kinver High School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' learning, wellbeing and personal development within a supportive and ambitious school community.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support the learning and progress of individual students and small groups, including those with additional learning, communication, social, emotional or physical needs.
  • Contribute to planning, deliver targeted interventions, provide pastoral support, and help create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
  • Attend and support scheduled sessions:
    Monday 8.35–2.10pm, Tuesday 8.35–3.30pm, Wednesday 8.35–3.30pm, Thursday 8.35–3.30pm, Friday 8.35–12.30pm.
  • Attend professional development and make use of Trust CPD opportunities.
