Salary: SFCA support staff pay scale 11 - 15 - £13,741.18 - £15,451.99 (for term-time only, based on 21 hours per week)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Medical Needs Co-ordinator who will provide specialist guidance, training and support for students with complex medical conditions and physical disabilities.

• Work closely with the SENCo, Inclusion Coordinators and teaching staff to ensure that students with medical needs can access their learning safely, confidently and successfully.
• Support students with medical needs and the wider college community by removing barriers to education.
• Provide specialist guidance, training and support for students with complex medical conditions and physical disabilities.
