Halesowen College is seeking a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality wellbeing support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive college environment.
If you have experience working with young people, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to promoting positive mental health, we'd love to hear from you. The part time, term time salary for this role is £22,116.80 - £23,223.15 per annum
