We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our strong pastoral team at Pedmore High School.

This is a key position within the school, focused on leading and delivering high-quality pastoral support to a designated year group. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of high expectations, positive behaviour, and strong student engagement.
