Overview
Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for learner wellbeing and achievement? The Link Academy is seeking a Learning Manager to support and guide our learners both academically and personally. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure learners stay engaged, make progress, and overcome barriers to learning.
Responsibilities- Support learners academically and personally to promote wellbeing and achievement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure learners stay engaged, make progress, and overcome barriers to learning.
- This is a key pastoral role requiring strong communication, organisation, and empathy.
The Link Academy is located in Netherton, Dudley.
