We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Head of English and Maths who will support the Assistant Principal to drive the English and Maths strategy and provide curriculum teams with specialist guidance on curriculum design, qualification selection and programme suitability to ensure the provision meets the needs of our learners and apprentices.

Working closely with the Head of quality, data team and Curriculum Managers you will ensure that the management and ongoing improvement of the delivery of English and Maths leads to better outcomes for our learners and apprentices, ensuring performance meets or exceeds national performance benchmarks.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years curriculum management experience.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
