We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to support the Assistant Principal in driving the English and Maths strategy and providing curriculum teams with specialist guidance on curriculum design, qualification selection, and programme suitability to ensure the provision meets the needs of our learners and apprentices.

• Drive the English and Maths strategy in partnership with the Assistant Principal.
• Provide specialist guidance to curriculum teams on curriculum design, qualification selection, and programme suitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Quality, data team and Curriculum Managers to manage and improve delivery of English and Maths.
• Ensure performance meets or exceeds national benchmarks.

• Minimum of 3 years’ curriculum management experience.
• A teaching qualification, or a commitment to undertake one within the first year of employment.
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check, and children and adults barred list checks where required.
