reprographics assistant

salary: grade 3 - point 4 - 5 (£20,037.40 - £20,981.60 dependent on level of service) – actual salary

hours: 35 hours a week (7.45am start) – term time only (38 weeks)

location: dormston school, mill bank, dudley, west midlands, dy3 1sn

we are looking for a reprographics assistant to join our busy and vibrant team of support staff. The role supports the whole school to ensure that the resources our students use are engaging and high quality. You will work closely with the resources manager to ensure that there is an efficient service to the whole school. The start date will be 1st september 2026.

qualifications & skills
  • experience of administrative/clerical work.
  • good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • right to work in the uk – all applicants must provide documentary evidence.
  • medical clearance, qualification checks and an enhanced dbs check under the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974.
  • commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
