Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?
We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Dudley area that is seeking a qualified English Teacher (QTS) to join their English department from September 2026.

Responsibilities- Teach engaging English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire students to develop confidence in reading, writing and communication.
- Create a positive classroom culture built on high expectations and mutual respect.
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to help every student achieve their potential.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A resilient, positive and enthusiastic approach.
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed, particularly those who may need extra encouragement to reach their full potential.
- Competitive pay in line with the Main Pay Scale (dependent on experience).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
