Integra Education is recruiting Maths, English and Science Tutors to deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to pupils across Dudley and the surrounding areas
.

Our learners come from a variety of backgrounds and may require additional academic support, intervention following low attendance, or tailored tuition due to SEND, SEMH, EHCPs or alternative provision
. Every learner is different, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact through individualised teaching.

Unlike a classroom environment, you'll have the time to focus entirely on one learner, adapting your teaching style to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current role or reduce your classroom workload, this position offers the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

• Deliver engaging face-to-face tuition sessions in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Plan lessons that are tailored to each pupil's ability, learning style and educational goals.
• Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and confidence.
• Track progress and adapt sessions to support continued development.

• Experience teaching or tutoring children and young people.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
  .
• Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs (desirable).
• A sound understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  .
• A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach to learning.

• £25-£28 per hour
  , depending on experience.
• Flexible working with 1-25 hours available each week
  .
