Smile Education is recruiting an English Teacher to work in a supportive Alternative Provision in Dudley, teaching KS4 learners who benefit from a personalised approach to education. The role is part-time and long-term with a fixed pattern on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Start date September 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom and behaviour management skills, experience with KS4 English, and a commitment to re-engaging young people and helping them reach their potential.
