Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary setting in Dudley that is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September. As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with pre-school aged children, supporting their learning and development through play-based activities and structured experiences. You will take responsibility for a small group of key children, building positive relationships with both pupils and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pre-school aged children in their daily learning and development
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Acting as a key worker for up to 7 children
• Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress and achievements
