SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Academic Choice is currently recruiting caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands.
This rewarding role involves providing one-to-one support, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential within a supportive school environment.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, working 1:1, you will:
?
Provide dedicated one-to-one support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Support pupils both in and outside the classroom.
?
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to implement individual support plans.
?
Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
?
Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
