The Brier School , including the Unicorn Satellite Centre is a successful all-through special school serving pupils with complex learning needs . Our designation is for 'moderate learning difficulties', however in recent years, the complexity of pupils joining The Brier School has increased significantly .

The Brier School are looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who is caring, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference and helping to improve the learning opportunities for our children .

We are looking for someone who:

• is a highly effective team player (ideally with experience of working with SEN children)
• enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
• actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
• believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
• is committed to the safety and well being of all pupils
• has excellent interpersonal , organisation, communication and time management skills
• will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
