MFL Teacher

Flourish Education are recruiting for an MFL Teacher to join a Secondary School in Dudley, with the position starting after the October half-term. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a welcoming school and inspire students to develop their language skills and confidence.

The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will ideally have experience teaching French, Spanish or another Modern Foreign Language and be confident working with students of different abilities.

You will be responsible for delivering well-planned and engaging lessons, assessing student progress and maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement. The role would suit a teacher who enjoys creating a positive learning environment and encouraging students to develop a genuine interest in languages and different cultures.

This is a full-time, long-term position starting after the October half-term and continuing until Easter, with the potential for the role to continue depending on school requirements.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome to apply
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level
• Ability to teach French, Spanish or another Modern Foreign Language
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 MFL curriculum
• Experience preparing students for GCSE would be advantageous
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students
• A passion for languages and delivering engaging lessons

• Pay: £174.71 to £240.72 per day, depending on experience
